Delivery Information
At Nickery Nook, we aim to dispatch your order quickly and safely so it arrives in perfect condition. Whether you are sending a thoughtful gift or treating yourself, we want the process to be simple and reliable.
Local Collection
If you are local to Bedale, you can select Local Pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready, we will let you know. You can then collect from our shop in Market Place at a time that suits you during opening hours.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched within 48 hours.
If there are ever any unexpected delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.
UK Delivery
We send parcels using Royal Mail tracked services.
Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery is available on orders over £35.
For orders under £35, delivery is charged at £3.50.
Faster delivery options may be available at checkout.
Please note that while Royal Mail provides estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed.
International Delivery
We are currently unable to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland while we review updated regulations.
For delivery to other international destinations, please contact us directly and we will be happy to provide a postage quote.
Any customs charges, local taxes or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we are happy to help.
Returns Policy
You may return non personalised items within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Personalised items, including helium inflated balloons, can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.
We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot refund items that are lost in transit without this.
Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, an item may sell out before our website updates. If this happens, we will contact you to offer an alternative or arrange a refund for the unavailable item.
