Delivery

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY:

For UK-based customers our last day dispatching orders will be Friday 20 December. Any orders placed after that date will be dispatched on 2 January 2025.

Our recommended last order dates are:

  • 18 December: 1st Class and Tracked 48
  • 20 December: Tracked 24.

We unfortunately cannot guarantee orders will be with you by Christmas as they are out of our hands once collected by the Royal Mail, but we aim for same-day dispatch on all orders placed by 2pm.

 

CLICK AND COLLECT:

If you are local to Bedale and happy to collect your order rather than wait for the post, simply choose "Local Pickup" during the checkout process and tell us in the order notes when you would like to collect your order.  

DELIVERY UPDATE:

Order by 2pm on a weekday for same-day dispatch. Over weekends and holidays we aim to ship all items within 48 hours and will contact you if there is any delay to your items being posted out.

 POSTAGE IN THE UK

Due to reliability of delivery we have removed our 2nd class delivery option. All orders under £5 will now be sent 1st class, or can be upgraded to Tracked 48.

Tracked 24 and 48 are not guaranteed next day services, but Royal Mail expects to deliver Tracked 24 items the next working day after it has entered the postal system, and Tracked 48 within 2-3 days.

POSTAGE TO EUROPE, AUSTRALIA AND AMERICA 

With the new EU General Product Safety Regulation coming in to place on 13 December 2025 we have decided to (temporarily) suspend shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland while we ensure we are fully compliant.

We apologise for any inconvenience this causes and hope to bring international delivery back soon!

Any orders are sent DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) meaning any customs duties, handing fees, or VAT owed are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns 

We hope you enjoy your new items. However, we do understand that on occasion you may need to return items. Any non-personalised item can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be made by the original payment method.

Personalised items, such as Creations Express, or inflated helium balloons can only be returned in the event they are received faulty or damaged.

To return an item please post the item back to the following address and enclose a copy of your delivery note:

Original delivery costs will be refunded at standard postage rate, but we cannot refund return delivery costs unless an item is faulty or the incorrect items were dispatched. We recommend requesting proof of postage and sending items recorded delivery as we cannot refund items lost in the post without proof of posting. Out of Stocks

Sometimes, due to sharing stock between our physical and online shops, human error or damage we may be unable to supply one or more items in an order. In this case we will endeavour to contact the customer to arrange an acceptable substitute (honouring the ordered card price if the substitute is more expensive). If we get no response within two days of the order being placed will will issue a refund for the out of stock item and fulfil any remaining parts of the order.
