Bella - Street Vet charity Christmas card

This festive charity Christmas card features a watercolour illustration of Bella who lives on the street with her houseless owner, and has been treated by Street Vet multiple times. The beautiful dusky-pink background and golden snowflakes serve as a backdrop for Bella, pictured on the front with the caption, "Wishing you a Merry Christmas." The card also includes her heartwarming story on the back.

StreetVet is a registered charity that offers free veterinary care to pets belonging to those experiencing homelessness in the UK and provides all sorts of care from major surgeries to lump inspections and vaccinations, to loving cuddles and warm coats. StreetVet continues to provide support clients for one year after they secure independent accommodation.

Bella came to StreetVet with a sore mouth when her owner was made homeless and began sofa surfing. The Street Vet team organised a dental procedure and she quickly recovered but soon after needed an emergency operation for pyometra which is a life threatening infection of the uterus. She made a speedy recovery and has continued to go from strength to strength ever since. Bella is a favourite of the Plymouth team and they always look forward to her visits where they can administer preventative treatment and give her a good groom when her coat gets too long.
