Daisy, English Bull Terrier dog - Street vet charity card

This charity card features a watercolour portrait of Daisy, an English bull terrier who lives on the street with her houseless owner, and has been treated by Street Vet multiple times. 

StreetVet is a registered charity that offers free veterinary care to pets belonging to those experiencing homelessness in the UK and provides all sorts of care from major surgeries to lump inspections and vaccinations, to loving cuddles and warm coats. StreetVet continues to provide support clients for one year after they secure independent accommodation.

It is not unusual for StreetVet patients to be seen by more than one location team, given the complex nature of homelessness. Daisy the English Bull Terrier and her owner have been welcomes and registered by StreetVet London, Bristol, Gloucester and Birmingham. Daisy has been supported with dental care, a lump removal and is on regular medication for osteoarthritis. Daisy is always very happy when she comes to see StreetVet as she knows she will get a treat or two and is a really friendly and playful girl.
