All of us at Nickery Nook wish you a very happy and sunny easter holiday. To ensure that our staff get some time to enjoy the long weekend our opening hours are as follows:   Good Friday: CLOSED Saturday 8th April: 9am - 5pm Sunday 9th April: CLOSED Monday 10th April: 10am - 2pm Tuesday 11th April: 9am - 5pm   Any online orders placed after 3pm Thursday 6th will be dispatched on Tuesday 11th April.

Sometimes, due to sharing stock between our physical and online shops, human error, or damage we may be unable to supply one or more items in an order. In this case we will endeavour to contact the customer to arrange an acceptable substitute (honouring the ordered card price if the substitute is more expensive). If we get no response within two days of the order being placed will will issue a refund for the out of stock item and fulfil any remaining parts of the order.

When we're still making our way through the cold and rainy days of January there's nothing like a delivery of cute and cuddly new Jelly cat cuddly toys in the shop to remind us that spring is on the way!
