An update to our Out of Stock policy

Sometimes, due to sharing stock between our physical and online shops, human error, or damage we may be unable to supply one or more items in an order.

In this case we will endeavour to contact the customer to arrange an acceptable substitute (honouring the ordered card price if the substitute is more expensive). If we get no response within two days of the order being placed will will issue a refund for the out of stock item and fulfil any remaining parts of the order.
